MISO & TAHINI, SOBA SEAFOOD NOODLES

this meal is going to blow your mind. The miso and tahini flavor combo is seriously jaw dropping. This dreamy sauce served with seafood and soba noodles is stunning, chief kiss 🤌🏻

Please give this one a try and let me know how you like it :)

INGREDIENTS:

SAUCE:

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tsp miso

1 tsp sriracha (optional)

1 tsp minced garlic

1-2 tbsp water to thin

olive oil

1 serving soba noodles

a portion of seafood mix defrosted: I use roughly 120-150g

1-2 cups veg of choice: zucchini, broccolini, snap peas

METHOD:

  1. Start by mixing together the sauce ingredients in a mug or small jar

  2. Boil water and cook your noodles according to the package

  3. Place a pan on hot heat, once hot add a splash of olive oil and sear your seafood. Near the end of cooking add a tbsp of the sauce and allow to cook.

  4. Remove the seafood from the pan

  5. In the same pan on medium heat add your veg, cook to your liking

  6. Add the soba noodles and sauce in with the veg, Simmer on low to reduce the sauce and allow the flavours to brew for 5 mins

  7. Add in the seafood, mix together and then plate up :)
