What an easy dinner idea :) Wrap pizzas have some what become a staple dinner in my diet. They are extremely easy and there are billions of options available.
This pizza used caramelized onions and mushrooms topped on a garlicky pumpkin base. I added some chicken for protein, added the cutest baby tomatoes, creamy cottage cheese (my fav) and plucked some fresh basil straight from the garden to tie everything together. Delish, I'm drooling just thinking about it.
Ingredients used:
- 1 wrap base of choice
- pumpkin garlic puree: made by steaming pumpkin, adding freshly minced garlic, olive oil and dried italian herbs
- Grilled garlic chicken breast : chicken breast grilled in olive oil, freshly minced garlic and pepper
- Caramelized mushrooms and onions: cooked in left over chicken juices, extra garlic and italian herbs
- baby baby tomatoes
- cottage cheese
- fresh basil
Top your wrap with all your favourite topping and airy-fry for 7 mins at 180C. Terribly tasty and so satifying without overloading on the unhealthy oils and ingredient used at your local take away.
