build this gorgeous spring bowl with me :) I get so much happier when the colour returns to the trees. I simply am not a fan of the cold winter season. Colour dense foods have so many nutritious benefits :) This bowl is simply gorgeous and tasty

Components: • spring mix base • cucumber • beetroot • fresh radish • mini baked potatoes seasoned with minced garlic and s&p • grilled chicken seasoned with lemon, minced garlic and s&p • dressing : hummus, beetroot juice and lemon juice
