this is a meal you’re going to want to try... simple prep but PACKED with flavor. I seriously looked forward to having this lunch everyday at work.
Components:
White rice with rice wine vinegar (carbies)
Sauteed Zuchini & capsium (veg)
Beef mince cooked in tamari and ginger (good protein)
soft boiled eggs (protein & healthy fats)
Dressing (fats & flavour) :
2 tbsp of cashew butter
1 tbsp of white miso
1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger
1 tsp of honey
2 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp of water to thin
