spicy ginger BEEF BOWL

simple, tasty, & perfect for a week night dinner




Beef: Warm a medium pan with a tbsp of olive oil and cook mince meet until brown. Whilst cooking mix together : 2 tbsp of zested/ grated ginger, 1 tbsp of sriracha, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp of soy, 1 tsp of arrowroot flour/ corn flour. Pour sauce over the meat and allow to bubble for a few minutes to get sticky.


Jelly egg: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add egg and boil for 4-5 minutes. Transfer the egg to an ice bath and allow to cool. De shell and then cut in half. You're looking for a gooey center


Serve with:

Brown rice

sautéed zucchini

sautéed mushrooms

spring onions
