my new fav meal-prepable brekky bake. Perfect to take to work or school for all my busy kings and queens 🫶🏻
4 servings :
1 large banana
1 cup quinoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey / maple syrup
2 cups of soy milk (any milk works)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1. Preheat your oven to 190C
2. Smashed banana in a 20x20cm (8x8inch) baking dish
3. Which in the remaining ingredients and top with strawberries or any other fruit of choice
4. Bake at 190 for ~50 minutes until the quinoa is all baked
Add your fav toppings! I went with some greek yogurt & extra fresh strawberries. you could try adding some nuts and seeds 🤌🏻
