meal prep doesn’t have to be hard! This bowl for example took minimal effort! I baked some veggies, cooked some chicken, cooked some brown rice and made a simple dressing. Slap it all together and you’ve got a beyond delicious lunch!
PARSLEY, LEMON & TAHINI DRESSINNG:
- 3 tbsp of tahini
- 6 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of dijon mustard
- handful of finely chopped parsley
- s&p
when it comes to meal prep id rather not cook up 4/5 identical meals and eat the same thing throughout the week. My foodie heart simply gets bored. So instead I prep things like roasted veg, protein sources, rice or other grains and sometime get fancy with a dressing. Then I will mix and match throughout the week. The amount of different variations you can create are endless :)
