TUNA & AVO pasta

a lunch idea you need to have in your back pocket. Tuna pasta salads are a lunch I gravitate towards. High protein, satisfying and purely delightful with a sauce like this one.



Simple Avo Sauce:

1 large avo

1/2 cup of greek yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp olive oil

fresh chives and parsley

salt & pepper


Other ingredients:

chopped cucumber

cherry tomatoes

tuna

chives

bowtie pasta
