When baked oats and pancakes collide 💥
Think pancakes, but without the time & extra clean up 🤌🏻 save for a scrumptious weekend brekky
1/2 smushed banana
1 egg whisked
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee
3 tbsp almond milk
Toppings:
yogurt
mocha protein powder
frozen berries
1. Combine nana, egg, baking powder, flour, coffee and milk in a medium (air-fryer safe) bowl
2. Place bowl in air-fryer for ~10-12 minutes at 180C. This time will be dependent on your air fryer
3. Topped with greek yog mixture with protein powder and defrosted mixed berries (used the microwave)
