APPLE PIE GRANOLA


Granola is a staple in my house! Can't go a week without it. She works in a yogurt bowl, smoothie bowl, oats, toast topper, or as simple snack.


This APPLE PIE granola is nothing short of awesome. The granola brings coziness and warmth.






Mix together all your DRY ingredients:

1 cup of mixed nuts: I used almonds & walnuts

2/3 cups of oats

2/3 cups of puffed rice

1/3 cups of shredded coconut

1 tbsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of allspice.


Shred an apple and stir that through the dry ingredients.


Mix WET ingredients:

1/4 cup of runny almond butter


2 tbsp of coconut oil

1/3 cup of apple sauce


Then stir that through your dry ingredients.


Place mixture on a tray evenly and bake at 350F for roughly 30mins. This will give you a perfectly chewy and soft granola. If you are looking for more of a crunch just bake the granola for a little longer.
