CARROT CAKE OATS

the perfect comforting bowl of oats for a wholesome brekky. I mean who doesn’t like carrot cake?!?



Ingredients:

1/2 cup of heaped oats

1/2 shredded carrot

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop of protein powder

cinnamon & nutmeg

greek yogurt

shredded coconut

more carrot, cinnamon & nutmeg


1. mix your oats, carrot, chia seeds with 3/4 cup of water and microwave for 2 mins

2. add your protein powder, cinnamon & nutmeg and mix until creamy, might need additional water. Microwave for another minute

3. top with all your favs and enjoy your morning :)
