These pear chai spiced oats make for the most heart warming brekky on a chilly morning. The perfect pear seriously starts my day on the right foot . With the cold creeping in, I’m getting more and more, my excitement for all the holiday festivities continues.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of old fashion oats
- a twinnings chai spiced tea bag
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein
- nutmeg
TOPPINGS
- sunflower seed butter
- nutmeg
- cereal
- maple syrup
Method:
1. Top 1/2 cup of oats and a @twinnings chai spiced tea bag to a bowl and cover in boiling water. Allow to soak for 3 minutes.
2. Mix in 1 scoop of @orgain vanilla protein, add a splash of extra water if necessary, and place in the microwave for 2.5 minutes
3. Topped with diced pear, @sunbutter, nutmeg and some cereal
