try dressing them up with some fresh berries and cream….so good
using a food processor pulse together:
- 1 cup of soft dates
- 3/4 cup of almond meal/ almonds
- 1/2 cup of shredded/ toasted coconut
- 1/4 cup of oats
- 1/4 cup of cocoa
- a pinch of salt
- a splash of vanilla extract
form the dough into balls. Roll in a lil extra coconut. Store in the fridge to keep fresh
