a sweet & salty snack just in time for halloween :)
No bake, no oven and no fuse. These are so great to keep in your freezer / fridge for when your craving a lil something sweet - 🙋♀️ after lunch
1 cup rolled oats
⅓ cup almond flour
3 tbsp pb/ nut butter
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp of coconut oil
Mix oats, almond flour, pb, honey and milk together in a bowl.
Press into a silicon molds or a muffin pan lined with cupcake liners.
Place in the fridge.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in ~30 sec intervals mixing between until melted.
Add chocolate on-top of the granola cup.
Place back in freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
Pop out of molds
Store in fridge or freezer
