a STAPLE in my diet…especially when i’m back at work and pack my oats to go :) Having my oats prepped in a jar the night before makes the morning much smoother.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup of oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp protein powder of choice (optional)
roughly 3/4 cup of almond milk/ water
METHOD:
1. Mix all the ingredients up together and place in the fridge overnight until thick
2. Serve up with your fav fruit and some yogurt for creaminess 🤌🏻
