If you still have easter choccy (like I do) this is an awesome way to use some of it :) Edible cookie dough is a crowd pleaser! This healthier & high protein version is exactly what you need. I adore having a batch of these stored in the freezer for a tasty lil snack throughout the week. I am sure you guys will love them as much as I do!
in a bowl mix:
1/3 nut butter : pb & almond
1/2 cup of protein of choice
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/3 cup of oat flour
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 tbsp coconut milk
1/4 cup of quick oats (mixed in last separate)
Mix in chocolate chunks/ chocolate chips or in this cake chopped easter eggs. Then top with some extra chocolate. Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes and then remove and chop into squares. Store the cookie dough cubes in a container in the freezer or fridge.
