fluffy PUMPKIN PANCAKES

weekend brekkies are MADE for fluffy pancakes stacks. These pancakes did not disappoint!


RECIPE : for 2

Ingredients:

1/4 cup of greek yogurt

1/4 cup of pumpkin purée

1/4 cup of almond milk

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup of all purpose flour

a lil butter to cook


Method:

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients together until thorough combine

  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix through

  3. Heat a pan to medium heat and add aa little butter

  4. Scoop 1-2 tbsp of the batter onto the pan and allow bubbles to form (1-2ish minutes) before flipping and cooking on the other side (30sec- 1 minutes)

  5. Serve up with your fav toppings, I love greek yog and microwave berries
