FUDGY CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS

At this point I live off of no-bakes, they are just so damn tasty. These fudgy chocolate protein bites are nothing short of immaculate.

A little tip for these ones is to make them slightly smaller and store them in the freezer. I find them so tasty straight out of the freezer on a hot summers day.

Where does the protein come from you might be questioning. They are made with a base of protein powder and chickpeas. My fav chocolate plant based protein is the Fudge Chocolate from Orgain. If you'd like you guys can try Orgain for yourself with 30% off using HUNGRI as a promo code. Click here to access Orgain

INGREDIENTS

3 scoops of Orgain chocolate fudge protein powder (1.5 servings)

1.5 tbsp coco powder for extra chocolate...yes please

1/4 cup of peanut butter

2 tbsp of coconut flour

1/2 a can of chickpeas (roughly 3/4 of a cup)

2 tbsp of maple syrup

2 tbsp of almond milk (or more if needed)

METHOD

For this recipe you will need a food processor or a super super high speed blender (I tried using my ninja single serve blender and she didn’t cope so well). All you’ve gotta do is add the ingredient below to the blender and blend until a nice dough forms. Then roll the dough into balls and store in the fridge or freezer

ENJOY :)
