Jammy BROWNIE BITES

A freezer fudge dessert you NEED. Packed with good fiber and antioxidants. And the best part…you don’t even need to turn on your oven.


Strawberry jam 1.5 cups of melted frozen strawbs (microwave) 1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tsp of arrowroot flour 2 tbsp of water Brownie Layer 1/4 cup of cocoa 1/2 cup of oat flour 1/4 cup of peanut nut (or any other nut/seed butter) 1/4 cup of honey/ maple syrup 1 tsp of vanilla 1/3 cup of almond milk Cocoa nibs / chocolate


Method: 1. Mix together all the strawberry layer components, set aside and allow to cool.

2. Mix together all the brownie layer ingredients

3. Assemble: press the brownie layer into the bottom of mini silicon molds : 1/2 of the way. Top the brownie layer with the strawberry jam and sprinkle with additional chocolate / cocoa nibs.

4. Pop the mold in the freezer for at least 3 hours to fully set.
