MATCHA COCONUT BLISS BALLS


Where are my Matcha lovers at?! I loovveee matcha, so creamy and beautiful. Matcha doesn't only have to be used for lattes... but while we are at it I'll happily take one of those too. The matcha coconut combo hits the spot.


Make these bliss balls for your next on-the-go snack. They are both energy and protein packed. I am not lying to you when I say the entire batch finished in just one day in my house. I guess my sisters and mum like matcha just as much as I do hehe.




INGREDIENTS


1 cup of assorted nuts: walnuts, almond and cashews

1/2 c soaked dates in boiling water, keep water

1 tbsp matcha

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/4 c shredded coconut

1/4 c vanilla protein powder






METHOD

1. Using a blender or food processor first blend the nuts into fine pieces.

2. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until all combine

3. Add roughly 2 tbsp of the water (from dates) and blitz again. This forms the perfect dough consistency. the mixture to reach the perfect level of stickiness to mold into perfect little

4. Scoop roughly a tbsp of the mixture into your palm and roll into a ball. You can then roll the balls in additional coconut if you’d like.
