A perf light appetizer / afternoon snack. Packed with flavor and crunch. Im BIG on the crunch and imma HUGE sauce girl
If you’d like to try this dish as a meal add some rice / rice noodles to the rolls to make them more filling :)
SAUCE
1/2 tsp of white miso
1 tsp of cashew butter
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp of rice wine vinegar
ROLLS
Rice paper rolls
Green onions
Coriander / cilantro
Cucumber
Green capsicum
Grilled chicken
Sprouts
Add the rice paper sheet to a plate and cover in water to allow to soften
Once soft (not too soft) move to a cutting board and add fillings.
Roll the rice paper like you would a burrito
Prep the sauce by mixing the ingredients
Dig in :)
