PECAN PIE BLISS BALLS

Calling all my fellow pecan lovers! These pecan pie bliss balls are delightfully moorish. They are an awesome option for a tasty snack and even work as a dessert. These bites are sweetened by dates and taste like pecan caramel.




INGREDIENTS:

10 Medjool dates

3 tbsp of almond butter

splash of vanilla

1 cup Pecans

1 cup of oats

a pinch of salt

0-2 tbsp of water (if needed)



METHOD:

  1. Soak the dates in warm water

  2. Add the dates (without the water), nut butter, vanilla to a food processor and blend until a caramel has formed

  3. Add the pecans, salt and oats to the blender and blend until a dough forms, if the dough is too dry you can add a little water

  4. Scoop tbsp of the mixture out and roll into a ball. To make the rolling processes easier place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes before rolling.
