PROTEIN PANCAKES

these protein pancakes are so simple for me and a post workout favourite! All you need to do is blend/ whisk the ingredient together, cook and then top with whatever your heart desires. Nana, frozen raspberries, pbfit and maple syrup is my current go-to choice of toppings :)


Ingredients:

- 1/2 a large banana (60-70g)

- 1/3 cup of egg whites

- 2 tbsp of protein powder

- 2 tbsp of oat flour

- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed
