PRUNE & COCAO bliss ball

moorish chocolately snacks to grab on a busy day. These are incredible to have on hand throughout the busy week. I love them as a morning tea snack or as something sweet to cure my chocolate craving after lunch.


I hope you enjoy this simple pleasure as much as I do Xx


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of soft prunes (soak in advance if needed)

1/4 cup of almond butter

1/4 cup of oats/oat flour

2 tbsp of cocoa

dedicated coconut


Method:

1. Blitz all the ingredients together to form a dough

2. Form dough into tbsp sized balls

3. Rolls in coconut


Tip: depending on how sweet your dates are you may want to add some maple syrup/ honey. If you do so, add a little extra oat flour so the mixture isn't too sticky
