a heavenly brekky idea that only uses 3 ingredient! a perfectly yummy way to start the day. When this scrambled pancake is paired with some greek yogurt and fresh fruit you will be fueled to conquer a successful day Xx.
PANCAKE:
1 egg
1 nana smushed
1/3 cup of oats
in a bowl slight whisk your egg. Stir in the smushed nana and oats (& some cinnamon hehe). Add some coconut oil or butter to a medium hot pan and cook the mixture, stirring often to form clumps.
Serve with greek yog, fruit and other fun toppings. I went with shredded coconut, apple and cinnamon in this pic :)
