TAHINI COCONUT BITES

Wowowow these babies are delicious little pops of joy. Energy packed and beyond tasty, what else do you need in a snack?

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of oats

1/3 cup of tahini

1/2 cup of shredded coconut

1/4 cup hemp heart seeds

1/2 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup of agave

1/2 tsp of ginger

1-3 tbsp of water (optional)


METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients (besides water) together in a food processor. My baby kitchen aid does the trick :)

  2. If the mixture isnt sticky enough to roll into balls then you can add a tbsp of water at a time until the mixture comes together nicely. Often no water is even required

  3. You can then start rolling the mixture into balls. If you would like the mixture to be more firm rather than sticky it is also a great idea to allow it to sit in the frdige for 30 mins before rolling.

  4. Store in the fridge and enjoy throughout the week as an awesome snack
