winter CITRUS PANCAKES

warm ginger flavors with a burst of orange to make you feel all warm and cozy inside. These babies will provide you will all the comfort when there's snow on the ground. Im definitely NOT a fan of the snow and cold, give me warmth all year :)


Ingredients:

1 egg

1/3 cup of greek yogurt

1/4 cup of oat flour

1/4 cup of all purpose flour

2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder

1 tsp of vanilla (cuz it's just so good)

1/2 tsp of baking powder

a heap of ginger, cinnamon & nutmeg

Toppings: maple syrup/ syrup of choice, fresh orange and orange juice




Method:

  1. Simply mix all the ingredients up in a bowl

  2. Heat up a pan with a little coconut oil and add 2 tbsp portions of the mixture. Cook the pancakes on both sides for roughly 2 minutes

  3. Serve up with fresh orange, orange juice, syrup and some extra spices
