BANANA LAMINGTON BITES

Fully inspired by my LOVE for Australia, chocolate and coconut. This recipe is dedicated to the gorgeous land I call my home.

These babies literally have 3 ingredients and are phenomenal. I love them will a warm cup of team as a mid morning snack or as a post lunch sweet :) If you’re love bananas and bounty chocolates you must try them!

Ingredients: 1 nana 3/4 cup of shredded coconut Rough big handful of chocolate chips A lil coconut oil (optional) Smash the nana until full mushed, mix in the coconut. Scoop tbsp portions onto a lined baking tray and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Set the tray aside and allow to cool. When cool, melt your chocolate in the microwave with a little coconut oil (helps consistency) and spread over the little coconut mounds. Allow the chocolate to harden and set (the fridge can speed this process up) and then enjoy

Sending love to you all, especially my hunnies living in Australia
