CHICKPEA BLONDIES

Bringing you these gloriously fudgey chickpea blondies. These darlings are full of protein, soft and heavenly. They are immaculate served up warm right out of the oven and topped with some vanilla icecream.


Ingredients:

- 1 can of chickpeas

- a splash of vanilla

- 1/3 cup of nut butter of choice (i used peanut butter) - 1/4 cup of almond flour

- 1/3 cup of coconut sugar

- 1/2 cup of of drink orgain vanilla protein powder (or any protein powder of your choice)

- 1/2 a tsp of baking powder

- 2-4tbsp of almond milk

- chocolate chips of choice, and more to top



1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line an 8x8 inch baking tray

2. Blend together your chickpeas, vanilla, and nut butter until smooth and creamy

3. Add your almond flour, sugar, protein powder, baking power.

4. Add a big splash of almond milk to make the batter a little more creamy

5. Mix in your favorite chocolate chips

5. Place in your lines baking tray, sprinkle with a little more chocolate

6. Bake for 30minutes
