CHOCOLATE PRETZEL CRUNCH COOKIES

December means cookie season and these babies are exactly what you need to bring the holiday spirit to your home. Trust me Santa is going to want to get his mitts on. Cheers to all the holiday spirit.

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and mix: 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil, 1/3 cup of almond butter, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 tbsp of almond milk

  3. In a separate bowl add 1/2 cup of oat flour, 1/3 cup of almond flour, 1 tsp of baking soda and stir until mixed.

  4. Then thoroughly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients bowl

  5. Combine 1/2 cup of chopped pretzels and chocolate into the dough

  6. Take 2 tbsp sized portions of the dough and shape into flat balls, place on lined trays and bake for 8-10 minutes

  7. Allow to cool and dig in :)
