A wholesome sweet and simple single serve strawberry crumble. This healthy take is a perfect option for a weekend brekky.
1 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of oats
2 tbsp of gluten free flour
1/2 tbsp of flaxseed (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp of melted butter / coconut oil
1-2 tsp of honey
Method:
1. Slice your strawberries and mix with 1 tsp of flour and place in a oven safe bowl/dish
2. In a separate small bowl melt your butter with the honey in the microwave. Then mix in oats, remaining flour, flaxseed and cinnamon
3. Top the strawberries with the crumble
4. Air fry at 170C for roughly 10 mins
5. Top with greek yogurt and dig in Xx
